A seasonal menu built around Australian produce and open-flame cooking, in the heart of the old port.
Saltbush & Vine began with a simple idea: let great Australian ingredients speak for themselves. We work with growers, fishers and foragers across WA, then cook it all simply over coals.
The result is a short, changing menu that follows the seasons, poured alongside a wine list that leans local and low-intervention.
Open Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm. Walk-ins welcome at the bar, bookings recommended for the dining room.
