What this site collects

Ready Set Websites only collects the information you choose to type into the forms on this site: things like your name, business name, email, phone number, and details about your website project. There are no accounts, no tracking pixels, and no advertising networks here.

Where your form submissions go

When you send a form, your details are delivered by email to John Carter (the owner of Ready Set Websites) and a copy is saved to a private Google Sheet, using Google Apps Script. That means Google processes the submission on the way through, under Google's own privacy terms. Submissions are never published or shared with anyone else, and are used only to respond to you and to deliver the services you've asked about.

Reviews

Reviews you submit are only displayed on this website if you tick the permission box in the review form. You can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting John, and the review will be removed.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, this site uses GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly counter that doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across the web. It records anonymous page counts so John can see whether the site is working, nothing more.

Payment information

This website never collects card numbers, bank logins, or any payment credentials. Payments are handled separately through secure Stripe payment links (card or PayTo) or bank transfer against an invoice, each with their own security and privacy protections.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time. Just message through any form on this site, WhatsApp, or phone 0429 343 491, and it will be actioned promptly. Ready Set Websites aims to handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
